He possesses a unique combination of technical and business skills and experience. He has held executive and managerial positions at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics and Xerox where he was accountable for the full life cycle for several products that include research, development, launch, marketing, field support and sales.

Mr. Juncosa has thirty years of R&D product development experience in the aerospace, clinical diagnostics, and biotechnology industries. He has been the central figure in developing significant product offering utilizing new technology for companies such as Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Baxter Diagnostics, and Nanogen. He has extensive expertise in automated analytical instrument design and in the development of disposable components incorporating microfluidic technologies. Mr. Juncosa holds several patents in the area of cancer diagnosis, nucleic acid testing, and microfluidics devices.
